Find Your Power Center:
Core Strength & Posture Workshop Saturday, January 28th 3 – 5 pm
You don't need to spend tireless hours doing crunches. Explore a method, from a yogic perspective, that serves up a tried and true methodology for accessing the power of the entire core. Once you learn to access this important power center, movement becomes freer and livelier, often nagging pain goes away. The more you practice these simple methods, the stronger you will feel and become. Anyone can do this class. You simply start where you are.

Partner Yoga with Esther Gates
Saturday, February 11th 4 – 6 pm
Each year around Valentine's Day we offer Partner Yoga. No yoga experience necessary, although it is helpful for one of the partners to have some exposure. This class is a blend of side-by-side warm-ups, easy partner poses, and guided Thai Yoga Massage techniques. Esther Gates is a yoga teacher especially trained in Thai Massage and Partner Yoga. She also teaches yoga and equestrian therapy. Please bring a partner – a friend will do. This class tends to fill up. Please pre-register by email or at the studio. Your payment holds your place.
