Prenatal Yoga series - Winter 2010 - 6 weeks, includes 1 partner yoga class if participants are interested.

Fridays, 7-8:30 pm Starting February 19th

Fee: $60 (pay at 1st class); $15 per class drop-in

This class is best for women in your 2nd and 3rd trimesters unless you have been practicing yoga prior to your pregnancy. We'll practice gentle opening and strengthening poses, deep and easy breathing, and meditation. You may find what we practice helpful to alleviate discomforts of pregnancy, reduce anxiety about birthing and parenting, and increasing confidence and ability to stay centered and relaxed during labor. Part of the class involves sharing with other pregnant women and we may decide to invite partners to a class for support and sharing the gift of yoga.
